Founder, Thada Chapman is a senior Franchise lawyer who is qualified to practice in New Zealand, California, USA and South Africa. Franchising is her favourite area of law and she has extensive experience assisting Franchisors in setting up franchises as well as acting for Franchisees in the sale and purchase of franchise businesses.
